  • Cameron Joseph | Founder & CEO

    A native of Fairfield, CA, Cameron played three years of collegiate basketball. 

    He began as a two-year starter at Napa Valley College where he was named captain of the team. While at Napa, he was named to the Bay Valley’s First Team All-Conference, finishing as the conference's 4th leading scorer. Upon earning his AA concentrating in Business Administration, Cameron furthered his career as a student-athlete, spending one year at University of Redlands in Redlands, CA for the 2023-24 season where he earned his Bachelor of Science concentrating in Business Administration. While at Redlands, he was named the team representative for Team IMPACT, a nonprofit that connects children facing serious illnesses with college sports teams, fostering relationships that provide support, mentorship, and a sense of belonging.

    Upon concluding his playing career, Cameron began his journey as a business professional in the sports industry, starting with his first internship at Sonoma Raceway as a Marketing & Events Intern. He gained hands-on experience in the coordination of large-scale events, working both the raceway NASCAR and NHRA National Events.

    Recently, Cameron has worked as a Marketing Intern with the Sacramento Kings. His contributions include developing the Kings Insider weekly newsletter and promotional emails, creating the marketing campaign for the Kings’ “No Fees Sale,” which boosted ticket sales during the NBA All-Star Break, and managing the Student Ticket Program, providing affordable access to college students while increasing sign-ups. Cameron also launched the first-ever Student Ticket Program Away Game Watch Party, successfully engaging with local college students.

    Cameron continues to further his career in the sports industry, recently being named the Marketing Coordinator for the Athletics of the MLB.

  • Justin Ath | Videographer & Media Coordinator

    A native of Southern California, Justin Ath is a self-taught videographer and photographer with a strong focus on storytelling, branded content, and behind-the-scenes visuals. Growing up playing soccer and baseball, Justin remained involved in athletics through his senior year of high school. It was during his sophomore year that he first picked up a camera to film and photograph school sporting events for the yearbook—an experience that sparked his interest in visual media and laid the foundation for his passion in creative media.

    While pursuing his degree at the University of Redlands, Justin continued to grow as a creative. He filmed and photographed for the University of Redlands Men’s Basketball team, Cal Baptist University Women’s Basketball, and served as a team photographer for C&F Boxing, capturing the energy and grit of youth boxing throughout the region. He also interned with Raincross Boxing Academy, where he led content creation efforts that helped showcase the gym’s fighters and culture through dynamic visuals.

    In 2024, Justin worked closely with one of Dual Wield Sports athlete Khyree Armstead, producing a mini docuseries that followed Khyree’s training and preparation for his overseas basketball career in Luxembourg—one of his most meaningful projects to date.

    Justin graduated from the University of Redlands with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. His long-term goal is to build a creative career in the sports industry—whether working directly with a team, league, or agency—where he can continue telling athlete-driven stories.

  • Hudson Reece | Marketing & Outreach Coordinator

    A native of Fairfield, California, and recent graduate from San Diego State University, Hudson is a lifelong athlete and sports fan.

    Upon finishing his athletic career, Hudson began the next chapter of his life in San Diego, California, where he attended SDSU. While attending SDSU, Hudson had the opportunity to intern with the SDSU athletics department as a sports marketing intern, gaining familiarity with the processes and standard procedures of Division One programs and athletes. He played a valuable role in game day promotions and events for both the Aztec’s football and top 25 ranked men’s basketball programs.

    Following his graduation from San Diego State with his bachelors in Business Administration, with a concentration of marketing, Hudson now works in the marketing department at Cache Creek Casino Resort.

    Hudson looks forward to his future in the sports industry and is eager to make an impact on the sports world, and help up and coming athletes reach their full potential off the court and field.

  • Ryne Richard | Marketing & Content Coordinator

    Ryne is a former student-athlete from Fairfield, California, with a strong passion for sports, content creation, and media. A 2019 graduate of Armijo High School, he played collegiate baseball at Diablo Valley College (2019–2021) and Solano Community College (2024), bringing the discipline and teamwork from the field into all aspects of his life.

    He is currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and working as a Sales Consultant at Xfinity, where he continues to strengthen his communication skills and build meaningful relationships every day. Ryne is especially interested in improving his skills in marketing, entertainment, and media, in order to create opportunities for athletes to expand their reach and influence.

    Motivated, curious, and always striving for growth, Ryne is excited to keep learning and evolving as he works toward a future in sports media and digital marketing.

  • Khalil Fowlkes | Sports Marketing Intern

    A native of Antioch, California, Khalil is a business-minded sports professional passionate about helping athletes succeed on and off the court. A former student-athlete, he ran track for four years at Sacramento State University as a 400m runner while earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, General Management. During this time, he served on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), representing student-athlete interests and promoting leadership, community service, and academic success.

    His career in the sports industry began with a role as a Premium Service Ambassador for the Sacramento Kings, where he supported game-day operations and provided high-level service to suite and premium guests. He also gained experience as a Youth & Community Engagement Intern, helping to coordinate player appearances and community outreach programs that strengthened connections between athletes and fans. In addition, he worked with Athletes in Action, supporting their mission of developing athletes as leaders through sport.

    He is passionate about the intersection of business and athletics, with long-term aspirations of working in an NBA or NFL front office and eventually building his own business ventures in sports and wellness. He brings dedication, a team-first mentality, and a desire to help athletes thrive on and off the field — always seeking new ways to make a positive impact in the sports community.
